With the new Panel Cutter from TRUMPF, sandwich panels (polyurethane and polyisocyanurate sandwich panels) up to a thickness of 165 mm can be cut cleanly and without reworking in a single operation.
This is independent of whether the surface of the panels is flat, trapezoidal or corrugated.
The machine can be used for a wide range of applications, from cutting to length and right-angled cuts to internal cut-outs and notching.
Even panels that have already been assembled can be cut easily and precisely with the new TruTool TPC 165
The plunging mechanism enables internal cut-outs and notching without the need to drill a starting hole
