The TKF 700 can be used wherever you need to apply K-, V-, X- and Y-shaped welding edge preparations. And not only on straight sheets, but also on pipes.
The bevel size and sheet thickness can be set easily and without tools. The tool carrier can be rotated in one of three processing directions in a matter of seconds.
Thanks to the low weight of the TKF 700, it can be used in vertical, horizontal or overhead positions. The device can be used hand-held or stationary.
You can apply weld seams not only to straight sheet metal but also to pipes, internal cut-outs and curved edges.
Pipe processing from an internal diameter of 80 mm, internal cut-outs from a diameter of 90 mm and curved edges with radii from 40 mm
The welding edge former is used in locksmith’s shops, in steel and mechanical engineering, in shipbuilding and in wagon construction.
