Schechtl Segment Swivel Bending Machine TBS (manual)
Article number:
Mobile lightweight on the construction site.
The smallest of the manual segment swivel bending machines in the Schechtl range is quite big when it comes to its flexibility on the construction site. Thanks to its small dimensions, you can move the TBS effortlessly around the construction site - between floors, on scaffolding and in confined spaces.
All segment inserts can be adjusted without tools. The TBS also masters the 25 mm and 35 mm "automatic rebate" for eaves and ridge edges. It is possible to mount the TBS (without X-frame) on a workbench or in a construction vehicle. All stringers offer 40 mm of freedom. The top beam is inclined only 45 degrees flat and brings additional freedom for sophisticated folds on long legs. The roller shear is a useful accessory for cutting sheets directly on the machine (available as an option).
Normal accessories
Segments with quick clamping system for upper, lower and bending beam to full working length, upper beam pressure adjustment, bending beam lowering, storage box.
Special accessories
X-frame foot (foldable, with rollers, approx. 17 kg), stand foot, roller shear, bending beam limiter
