Versatile, flexible and mobile.
With the LBT 125 folding machine, you can cut, bend and bead steel sheets up to a maximum thickness of 1.00 mm (based on a working length of 1290 mm).
In conjunction with an optional roller shear and a beading device, it combines all the important production steps in construction. Wheels with a locking lever are attached to the feet, making it very easy to move the machine.
The LBT consists of a welded steel construction. The sheet metal is guided between the upper and lower beam and operating levers on the right and left of the machine clamp the sheet metal. It can be adjusted to different sheet thicknesses both on the upper beam and on the bending beam. It also has weight compensation on the upper beam for easy closing and opening and a pre-tensioning device on the folding beam.
